Why Beet Juice?
Beets are an incredible source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and dietary fiber.
In addition, they are rich in vitamin C, manganese, folate, vitamin B6, betaine, and potassium.
The green portions are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, copper, and calcium.
*Reversed Diseases
Raw oxalic acid in beet juice is a good solvent of inorganic calcium deposits.
It’s assumed that inorganic calcium deposits are the main cause of most chronic diseases.
Beet juice relieves many cases of disease related to calcification of the body.
The diseases include arthritis, heart disease, cancer, kidney stones, eye problems, varicose
veins, and arterioscierosis.
Like other inorganic calcium dissolvers, drinking lots of beet juice results in strong detox
symptoms.
When calcium dissolves, heavy metals, toxic chemicals, and viruses are released from the body.
It’s important to start juicing in small amounts (about 1 ounce).
At the same time, boost your immune system by eating a raw food diet and eat products that
usher the toxins out of the body.
Otherwise, toxins can be reabsorbed.
*Improved Eyes
Raw beet greens contain lutein and zeaxanthin.
Science reports that each is very beneficial to the eye (especially the retina).
One of the benefits of beet juice is that you can absorb the carotenoids easily while maintaining
the value – carotenoids are easily destroyed when cooked.
*Improved Blood Flow
A high nitrate food, beets, along with the aid of mouth bacteria, increase the flow of blood
to the brain.
*Reduced Blood Pressure
Beets contain a high amount of nitrates.
Nitrates are responsible for decreased blood pressure.
Research has shown that drinking two glasses of beet juice can reduce blood pressure.
*Detoxified Liver
Betaine in beetroot supports the liver and facilitates healthy functioning.
*Threatened Iron Deficiency and Anemia
Red beetroots have high amounts of iron.
Consuming beetroots and drinking beet juice regenerates red blood cells.
Beetroots prevent and treat anemia.
Also, beetroot is known to be a home remedy for menstrual disorders and menopause
symptoms.
*Strengthened Muscles
Drinking beetroot juice increases muscle strength and power.
Many athletes start to incorporate juice into their daily regimen to achieve better
athletic results.
*Improved Skin
Beets are an anti-aging remedy.
The contained folate helps fight wrinkles and other skin problems.
Drinking beet juice regularly helps achieve a healthy glow of skin.
*Prevented Cancer
Studies reflect that beetroot juice has an anti-tumor effect.
It is known to protect cells and promote the regeneration of new and healthy cells.
*Prevented Birth Defects
The folate and folic acid prevents birth defects.
Pregnant women are advised to consume moderate amounts of beetroot juice to
fulfill needs in those compounds.
*Helped Constipation
Beetroot juice is known for helping with digestive issues and improves the metabolism.
Strong digestive side effects make them a great natural cure for constipation.
Affected Mood and Mental State

Betaine is sometimes used to treat depression.
*Cured Inflammation
Beetroots contain a lot of antioxidants.
They improve the immune system and fight off inflammation.
