farmer’s market or have on hand in the kitchen.
Today I have some sweet and juicy ripe mangos so that will be the creative base for my
Summer time is mango time!
So when mangos are in season, I make sure to eat them as often as possible.
Who can resist their sweet, soft, tangy taste!
In fact, they taste so good, they make me want to dance!
My new motto is: Have mango, will tango!
What an appropriate name for today’s breakfast smoothie–don’t you think?

1/2 cup filtered water
1 cup hemp milk
Blend fruit, avocado, chia seeds, flax seed, superfood powder, water and hemp milk until smooth.
Add spinach and blend again until smooth.
Taste and add additional liquid if needed.
Pour your smoothie into 2 mason jars.
Drink one immediately.
Seal and refrigerate one smoothie for later, if you wish!
One cup of mangoes is 100 calories plus it’s fat free, sodium free and cholesterol free.
Fresh mango contains a variety of nutrients, but only vitamin C and folate are in significant amounts
of the Daily Value–44% and 11%, respectively.
