Who loves smoothies?
I do–and so do millions more!
Fruits and vegetables are a great source of nutrients for the body.
And what better way to eat them than making smoothies?
Many people who choose to eat a healthy diet add smoothies to their day because this allows them
to easily get a regular serving of fruits and greens.
Depending on what ingredients you choose to use, a blended smoothie can be a nutritious and health
boosting meal replacement.
It can also be consumed on the move, making it a very convenient option.
However, the best thing about smoothies is that they are quick and easy to make.

Pinned & twitted.
I drink a smoothie every morning: Freshly pressed orange juice, avocado, dark green leaves, baby spinach, hemp protein and ginger and a bit of coconut oil. I feel energized after it 🙂
