After a hectic but happy weekend, when Monday rolls around I often feel the effects
of too much fun and too little sleep.
Have you felt that way before?
I bet you have!
On mornings like this my usual ritual of lemon water, green tea and fresh fruit doesn’t
give me enough energy to “kick butt and take names” from 9 to 5–or usually later.
I need a lot more fuel to make a dent in all of the things I have to accomplish.
That’s when my “Morning Master Blaster” Superfood Smoothie comes to the rescue!
The produce varies based upon what fresh, organic fruits or veggies I have on hand
from my trip to our local farmer’s market.
The superfood powders can also vary based upon your preference or what you are
using that week.
I often use hemp powder, chia seeds, flax seeds and spirulina, however, today I chose
to add Field of Greens’ Organic Greens and Freeze Dried Grass Juices plus a packet of
Ambronite’s Superfood Meal.
Both are nutrient powerhouses.
I also boost my smoothies with high potency protein powders for a powerful energy boost.
In short, this green smoothie gives me quick, easy “healthy” energy!

Mmmm this looks so good- I have a hard time getting on the green smoothie for some reason, but I like the sound of this one! My favorite smoothie is a classic peanut butter, banana, and raw cacao:)
this is awesome! I just bought a vitamix so definitely going to try this one! thank you ♥
