No wonder we sometimes feel that we need to detox and cleanse after weeks of
holiday merriment.
Weeks and weeks of excess really builds up.
Or maybe you need extra nutritional support while getting sober?
Whatever your circumstances– juicing can help.
Here are few good reasons:
Juicing helps you get your RDA of fruits and vegetables in every day.
And when you drink a glass of freshly made juice, you get an instant dose of energy.
I love that feeling!
Studies have shown that people with a diet high in vegetables and fruits have a lower risk of
heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
The antioxidants and vitamins help protect you from common viruses and infections too.
In addition to drugs and alcohol, juicing can help flush your body of the natural toxins
you’re exposed to every day.
You’re exposed to toxins in the air you breathe, in the things you touch and even in the
foods you eat.
Pesticides, herbicides, and chemical additives in some foods can cause problems when
they build up in your body.
Juicing can help you get rid of those toxins and enjoy better health and vitality.
Are you looking to lose a little, or a lot, of weight?
Juicing is also a wonderful way to enjoy delicious nutrition and energy without the calories.
Check out the infographic below for valuable tips and recipes to help you use juicing
to rid your body of toxins, nourish and rejuvenate naturally or to support your rehab efforts–
right in the comfort of your kitchen.

We don’t have a juicer, but enjoy juice when we go out from local juice bars. I really like cucumber in my juice. Oh and anything ginger! Yum =)
Wow that’s an awesome infographic! I agree, juicing does help get rid of toxins in the body. I do three or four juice cleanses a year and I feel great after each one. I think the real benefit in juicing comes from doing it regularly and incorporating it into your diet. I don’t know why some people (doctors, nutritionists) can’t see the benefit in juice cleanses. It just makes sense to me and people have been doing it for centuries. If it didn’t work you’d think it would die off as a fad. Who knows?? Anyway, great article and I really do mean awesome infographic. Thanks and best wishes. Happy juicing!
