We all know how important it is to “eat your fruits and vegetables”.
In fact, you probably hear it in your sleep.
In addition to hydrating the body, fresh veggies and fruits provide vital skin-healthy
nutrients and antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, E and toxin absorbing fiber.

Well, I make sure to eat of variety of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables every day.
But sometimes you just don’t feel like chewing a whole bowl of salad–no matter
how luscious it looks and how delicious it may actuallly taste.
Juicing is a healthy way to get the nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables without
having to eat a large amount of food.

There are not too many hard and fast rules regarding juicing.
Generally, you can get as creative and experimental with your juicing as you want.
However, just make sure to use organic fruits and vegetables when you juice.

My number one juicing rule is:  Go organic!

If you have not done so already, switch to organic foods, especially when juicing.
Your body needs to be as free from toxins as possible for your body to be healthy,
and most organic food is not contaminated with synthetic herbicides, pesticides,
or fertilizers.

These harmful substances can also cause hormonal imbalances, which are strongly
implicated in a variety of health issues in addition to acne and other skin problems.

Rule number two is:

Drink these detox elixirs immediately to derive maximum
nutritional benefits.

Fortunately, these juices taste so good, that should not be a problem.
