If you’re new to drinking your greens, start with sweeter, smoother fruits (like bananas) and then
as your taste buds climate change you can get greener and more adventurous.
Today I made a super-charged organic smoothie that left me feeling satisfied for hours.
Spinach Blueberry Coconut Super Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 pear
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup dried coconut
1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder
1 teaspoon green powder
2 tablespoons hemp powder
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup filtered water
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients above.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar or glass.
Drink up!
