For people, always on the go and living a fast-paced life, take outs and instant meals are
the easiest, most convenient choice.
But this poses a health risk in the long run!
The struggle begins with the present lack of time.
If you can’t afford to cook, there are other ways to go fast without sacrificing your health!
Good food doesn’t always have to take a lot of time to prepare.
Well, if you happen to have a long weekend holiday, you can take advantage of it and stock up
on healthy meals you can freeze!
Why Go Vegan?
Most people who have turned vegan cannot tolerate the thought of having to exploit and
slaughter animals to sustain life.
While some others just want to lose some weight and be healthy.
But no matter your reason is, shifting to vegan has virtually no cons or downsides!
*Protect Animals
Simply going vegan can spare the lives of many animals annually.
We have lived alongside animals for thousands of years.
Because of our continuous consumption of meat and meat-derived products,
some animals are hunted down to endangerment, or worst, extinction.
*Sustainability
Imagine how much grain the animals eat so they could be fattened enough for harvest.
That is about 2000 pounds of grain!
That amount of grain can generously feed five people already!
*Better Weight Management and Increased Energy
Plant-derived food are low in calories and have little to no fat at all!
You can eat as many veggies as you want and not worry about your blood chemistry!
Plenty of phytochemicals present in plants boosts your immunity and energy too!
