You know you are in a mood for lazing around when all you want to do is eat, sleep and repeat.
Don’t you worry about gaining a few extra pounds on days like these because we have some
kick-ass vegan recipes to keep you fit while you are busy holidaying.
When people go vegan, many of them lose weight like magic.
WHY??
Well, it is because vegan foods are rich in fiber, which act like first class cleansers for your body.
Intake of fiber can purify your internal system and get rid of waste that is stuck in your intestines.
And believe me when I say this, the glow that it leaves on your skin is unbeatable.
I am personally a great fan of colors as they not only lift spirits, but they also add charm to
one’s life.
It’s the same case with food–especially when we are talking about vegan food!
When somebody talks about food, it sometimes triggers hunger pangs.
All I do is think about various colorful veggies that are available.
How all the colors, when put together on my plate, will not only enhance my enjoyment of the
food, but will also benefit my health in unimaginable ways!
So go on and play with colors, be creative with the food you want to put on your plate, which
apart from being delicious, is so good to look at.
And don’t forget, they are power-packed with the goodness of health.
After all, the real effort does not lie in working out, but in putting the right things on the table.
We all know that great food makes the party fun and festive!
