I love these myths and I keep telling my boss that carbs aren’t all bad
I have always been heavy, kept weight off on 500 calories for 15 years blah blah blah. My doctor told me the best thing is if it comes out of the ground fill up on it, if the food doesn’t measure how much of it you eat. Pretty simple but makes sense.
