Want to Shape Up for Summer? 3 HIIT Routines to Slim Your Belly

Guest post by Solmadrid Vazquez.

As we approach the summer, many of us are now beginning to look in the mirror and wonder

if we are in the shape we want for all the dozens of pictures we are going to wind up in.

One of the biggest questions we have is, “Will I look fat?!”

Summer is the time of getting away, relaxing and enjoying time with your friends and family.

You’ll also spend plenty of nights dancing the night away together and finding yourself in numerous

photos – so what’s the best way to get a slim belly for a fun summer ahead?

It’s quite easy to answer, actually.

It’s called High Intensity Interval Training, otherwise known as “HIIT”.

High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is an extremely efficient method of exercising that has you going between full powered and

paced effort to a brief period of recovery, and then back into the exercise itself.

“Inspired by the HIIT routine at Somnia,

it’s all about being able to get your body

into a state of excess post-exercise oxygen

consumption, or EPOC.”

This is important because it helps your body burn off calories even after you have exercised.

Putting yourself through this level of workout and exposure can leave your body taking in more

oxygen which helps your body burn the weight away as quickly as possible.

This will also improve your endurance and stamina, plus your metabolism, which is another key

trait of losing weight and getting fit.

Getting a solid workout plan for HIIT is very simple – in fact, here are 3 of the best HIIT exercises

to slim your belly that you can start using today!
