This gluten-free, lower sugar “Pumpkin Pie” recipe is the dessert hack you’ll be FALLing for all season long!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust 
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza crust from the freezer and top it with the pumpkin mixture.

Cook pizza for 7-8 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove pizza from the oven and top with pecans along the edge of the crust, creating a full circle.

Using a sifter, dust the pizza with powdered sugar directly onto the pizza, or use a stencil to create a CAUL-iday design.

 

Cauliday Dessert Tacos

Get into the holiday spirit with this sweet treat! These tacos are made with cauliflower tortillas, making a healthier dessert!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Tortillas 
  • 6 tbsp chocolate spread
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 tbsp crumble of your choice
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • whipped cream

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Remove CAULIPOWER Tortillas from the freezer and place in the center of the skillet. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds on each side, or until cooked through.

Shape tortillas on a taco rack, or over shaped foil and bake for 3-5 minutes or until desired level of crispiness. Dust with powdered sugar.

Top taco shells with chocolate spread, berries, choice of crumble, and whipped cream.

Cooking Instructions
