Juice your own organic apple juice or buy unfiltered, organic apple juice for the healthiest results.

Ingredients:
2 c. fresh, unfiltered, organic 100% apple juice 0r juice your own
1½ c. sparkling water
2 t. ground organic ginger
1 small orange, thinly sliced
1 small organic apple, thinly sliced
Ice, to serve
4 large cinnamon sticks
Directions:
Add the apple juice, sparkling water, ground ginger, orange slices, and apple slices to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Stir to combine.
To serve, fill tall glasses with ice and add a cinnamon stick, and fill with the sparkling apple ginger punch.
Drink up!
