One of my favorite healthy pleasures is relaxing in an infrared sauna.
It’s also one of the fun ways I get together with girlfriends to relax, unwind, detox and
pamper ourselves.
We’d rather meet at the health spa to catch up and sweat in a sauna, than pig out at our
local restaurants and bars.
Believe me, our minds and bodies thank us!
And we are not alone.
Infrared saunas are suddenly on everyone’s to-do list, and for some very good reasons too.
An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light which our bodies then experience
as radiant heat, which is absorbed by the surface of our skin.
