Great tips from Vaileria. I had a lot of carrot juice quite a few years ago and I was certainly “glowing” then! People often remarked on my orange skin. It did disappear when I cut back on the juices. I have put all those ingredients in juices or smoothies but I have never tried putting them on my face. I like the sound of the strawberry, honey and yogurt mask. I’ll give it a try this weekend. I think it’s best to buy organic strawberries as conventional ones are heavily sprayed with pesticides.

Thanks Ruth Curran!! Try these out and reply me back with the results. Thanks again.

Hi Talent,
Thanks for hopping by, I appreciate it!
Beetroots is my second name! I’m Russian for a reason. But I let go of spinach habit for some reason. Oh I know why. We planted spinach this year and it all shriveled and died. So in my mind I keep thinking, we should be eating our own spinach…
Thanks for all of the information in this great post!
