Hi GiGi,
“Evil Weight Gain Doesn’t Stand a Chance” was such a fun and relevant post! Everyone is concerned about those very issues especially during the heavy-eating, heavy-drinking holiday season. Tips like yours should be on everyone’s refrigerators this month! I think I’ll do that! (Smile) Thanks for sharing your wonderful posts with us.
Thanks so much for featuring my post – The Family That Eats Together Lives Healthy And Green Together. I truly appreciate it and you letting me be part of your great blog hop! Have a wonderful and healthy day and Christmas.
Hi Marla,
Your post “The Family That Eats Together Lives Healthy And Green Together” communicates such a powerful and important message to families. This is a subject that needs to be addressed and discussed! As I mentioned earlier, eating together was one of the most important rituals in my childhood. Happy Holidays to you and your family! Thank you for your support and participation! I appreciate it.
Hi Marla,
You are so right! It is a constant challenge to detoxi and keep our bodies free from pollutants. Reducing our exposures to toxins from food, personal care and beauty products, harmful cleaning products, toxic clothing, even some medicines and the environment is critical to maintaining health and preventing disease. Your list of toxins to avoid as well as healthy alternatives is so valuable people should post them on the wall in their homes as an important reminder! Thank you for sharing this vital information on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you!
What a wonderfully delicious recipe for Roasted Butternut Squash! I can’t wait to try this. It looks so easy too! Thank you for sharing this yummy dish on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you!
Hi Sara,
There is nothing like a mug of steaming hot chocolate on a cold winter day! So these rich creamy recipes for crock pot hot chocolate are right on time. Vegans can easily enjoy this recipe by using the almond milk without the heavy cream. Thank you for sharing these satisfying beverages on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you!
Wow! You did it GiGi! I am very impressed with your workout efforts! You did not bat an eye!
I can’t wait to check out Michelle’s Body Transformation program in January. I like her approach! Plus I am sure I will need it bad after the holidays.
Thank you for sharing this cool workout on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you!
Hi Marla,
As I read your post I looked up at my bookshelf and saw my copies of two other books by Jordan Rubin “Perfect Weight America” and The Great Physician’s RX for Health and Wellness”. I think I even have a copy of “The Maker’s Diet” as well, so I am looking forward to reading this sequel. You are so right, this author has gifted us with so much invaluable knowledge about living well. I love that fact that you isolated the key governing principles for good health: “Get the good in (nutrients) and Get the bad out (toxins)”. Simple and memorable! Of course, the key is to apply this knowledge. Thank you for sharing this important book on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you!
Hi Anna,,
I agree that holiday feasting and overconsumption has really gotten out of control. We have strayed far from the true meaning of Christmas.
Thank you so much for reminding us of the fact that ” historically Christians have anticipated the coming of Christ not by feasting, but by abstaining from rich foods, keeping a mostly Vegan diet during the six weeks before Christmas.” This is a very important revelation and I can’t wait to try Curried Chickpeas and Greek style Black-eyed Peas.Thank you for celebrating the holiday season with us on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Hi Marla,
I am so glad you shared these marvelous tips for keeping our homes, holiday festivities and preparations environmentally-friendly. This is critically-important! Thank you again for celebrating the holiday season with us on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
I really value these tips for staying healthy during the hectic, often stressful holidays.
My favorite tips is to “Laugh and make sure you always take time to relax and enjoy yourself:” With all that we have to accomplish during the holidays, remembering to laugh is one of the most important gifts we can give ourselves.
Thank you for celebrating the holiday season with us on the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party Hop. Happy Holidays to you and your family. I appreciate it!
Thanks for hosting and happy holidays to you all 🙂

Hi Jennifer,
Whole Food Plant Based on a Budget Week Two is awesome! Your menu is making me so hungry! I absolutely have to make the African Inspired Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger and the Red Chile Rice with Black Beans and Dried Tofu! I love the real world aspect of this post.
I am hooked on this really great list of gift ideas for the fitness enthusiast.
I personally want the kettle bell! That’s one of my 2014 fitness goals! I got so many good ideas from this collection. I usually work out at the gym but they don’t offer kettle bell classes yet. Thank you so much for sharing these awesome ideas at the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Hop!
Looking good makes us feel good so taking proper care of my skin is a number one priority.
With the help of the posts, I have tossed a lot of old skin care products and moved to a simpler, safer, more natural skin care routine. I agree that moisturizing is critical and I can see the results. Thank you so much for sharing these tips for looking good especially during the holidays on the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Blog Hop!
As a health conscious person, I am sometimes guilty of worrying about “cheating” during the holidays. I applaud your rationale for guilt-free holidays. So this season I am going to practice moderation but give myself a little pass. Maybe my new mantra will be: “Don’t worry, have a happy holiday and be happy! Then get back to better eating after the festivities.” Thanks for sharing your helpful insights on the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Hop!
OMG, I am in foodie gift heaven! I am dying for someone to gift me with a dehydrator and a spiralizer. Hint, hint, honey! I am so glad you shared these awesome selections on the Healthy , Happy, Green and Natural Hop! Have a Happy Holiday!
