Hello. Im very excited to have entered into this giveaway. With high hopes to win. 🙂 (Fingers Crossed) But the reason i would love to win is because i havent always been a healthy eater, my weight has always been up and down… But ever since i became pregnant with my mow, 14 month old baby girl i have made much better and healthier choices.. For many of my recipes like nut butters, salad dressings and pestos etc…. I do require a food processor. Which i dont have! Lol! But i do need one i borrow my sisters and make everything in big batches so i dont have to bug her again! Hehe. So if i won, it would be a big help. I appreciate you reading my story. I am a raw vegan. Once a week I prepare food for friends. I would use the food processor to make raw vegan Mediterranean food which is a favorite. This includes no bean falafel which I then dehydrate, zucchini hummus,and Israeli salad made with cauliflower, parsley, tomatoes, cucumber and fresh basil. Banana ice cream is also a perfect ending made in the processor. With this wonder food processor I can have all for dinner.

We are raw foodists & a food processor would make our raw food kitchen complete! Making things like cauliflower rice takes hours by hand, but would only take seconds in a food processor. I really hope we win!

My Cuisinart just died, so I need a new machine. I want my next one to be a food processor. I mastered the art of making South Indian Iddli. I totally recommend googling around for recipes. It is an excellent thing to make, and is quite easy to do with a food processor. The iddli steaming trays can be mail ordered, or many Indian grocery stores sell them.
