Your smile is the first thing most people notice about you.
So keeping our teeth healthy, clean and bright is important to us.
And this is no easy feat.
Between tea, soda and coffee breaks, cakes, cookies and other tempting sweets,
our teeth are constantly subjected to foods that can cause stains, erosion and decay.
Flossing and brushing regularly are the first steps to keeping your teeth healthy.
Scheduling regular dental appointments for checkups and cleanings are key too.
There is no subtsitute for that basic regimen, but there are many safe, effective natural
treatments you can do at home to augment this.
Try these remedies for keeping your teeth healthy and white using natural ingredients.
