What's for Breakfast? Good Morning Sunshine Smoothie

On most mornings I start my day with a glass of warm water with fresh-squeezed

lemon juice.

Then I have a large mug of green tea with almond or hemp milk.

By this time I feel awake and ready to make my morning smoothie.

This morning I rummaged through my kitchen and rounded up a few fruits

and super foods.

Plus, I added hemp hearts and ground flax seeds for essential fatty acids.

And nutty, creamy raw almond butter kicks the whole smoothie up a notch.

The result was this recipe for my “Good Morning Sunshine Smoothie”.

It was the perfect blend of sweet and creamy with a touch of spice to kickstart

my day.

Try it, you’ll like it!
