Happy January Friends!

I can’t believe 2016 is finally here!

I hope you had a happy, healthy holiday season!

My family and I enjoyed a festive holiday season with several lengthy vacations, but I am

so glad to be back to my blogging routine again.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the healthy and delicious plant-based, vegan and gluten free

dishes created and shared by so many wonderful bloggers.

Over the last 70 weeks, I’ve met so many vegan and plant-passionate bloggers and made

wonderful new friends through the Plant Based Potluck Party!

It’s been such a pleasure to see, share and support each other’s blog posts each week.
