vegetable or bean dishes to delectable desserts, beverages to appetizers and more, I can’t

dinner to appetizers, snacks, desserts, beverages and more, including:

Note: For health’s sake, recipes submitted to this health-oriented blog hop should use whole,

unprocessed and unrefined ingredients as much as possible.

Recipes should only include plant-based, whole food ingredients with minimal oil, salt, or

added sugars.

No meat, seafood or dairy products should be included.

Hi Judee,
I live for black beans and have them in some form several times a month, so this spicy, colorful black salsa is a hit with me. I can imagine adding it to salads, perking up soups, topping potatoes, or just gobbling it up with chips. The fact that it boosts the metabolism is a real plus!
