Glad to have the option of sharing a vegetarian dish and tips to eating well at home.

Some reasons when I shared my New Year Solutions post, it returned an error then I tried again (3x more) so now there are 3 duplicates up there. I’m not trying to spam – I promise. Please delete the duplicates. Thanks!

Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing Spaghetti Squash Primavera— A simple and delicious veggie dish that combines the best of italian pasta and roasted vegetable leftovers! I’m also sharing Apple Boatmeal— it makes a great breakfast, mid-afternoon snack, or even a dessert!
