Hi Jennifer,
I enjoyed your reflections on which products to buy. I too have a Jack LaLanne juicer that I don’t like to use that much. I love my old VitaMix but I would prefer to have a glass jar. The new twister Blendtec jar looks very appealing. I recently went to a Natural Living Expo and examined a few different sprouting systems. The Easy Green Sprouter is new to me. I too have limited space in my kitchen so small is better in my case. I am delighted that you shared this post with us at the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Party Blog Hop.

Hi Teri,
You are so right! Vitamin D is vital to good health, yet more and more of us are spending more time inside and even when they do go outside they are blocking the suns rays with sunblock and sunscreen. Recently, my husband was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency and prescribed megadoses of Vitamin D by his doctor. I prefer a more natural route so I try to get sufficient sunshine despite the fact that I work on a computer for hours each day. We have to make time for our health! Thank you for enlightening us about the importance of getting sufficient Vitamin D at the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Party Blog Hop.
