Thanks for inviting me to join in on this hop! I posted a delicious new vegan and partially raw recipe I just discovered a few weeks ago. I eat vegan about 90% of the time (occasionally I’ll have fish, eggs, and lactose-free dairy), but I always feel the best when I stick to a plant-based diet. It make my tummy happy and improves my running performance! Can’t wait to explore the other links :).

Yum! Potatoes are my go-to, healthy comfort food so I loved your recipe for perfect baked potatoes. I especially liked the idea of rolling the skin in sea salt. What a treat! Weight loss is always top of mind for me and many others and we often forget how many calories our liquid refreshments add to our intake. It’s hard to give you the wine with girlfriends, but it’s a sacrifice we have to make to lose the weight! When I first discovered raw, vegan spaghetti and “meatballs” I was in heaven.
