Hi Deborah! I have a blog about our journey to living simply. 5 months ago we sold most of our belongings, bought a fifth wheel RV, moved to a small town in the mountains, and are working toward homesteading and being self sufficient. I homeschool my children in our RV and I also work from home. We are only partially on the grid but are not connected to water and sewer so recently I did a blog post about how I built and installed a composting toilet in our RV, and that is the link I shared for this blog hop. I hope you and everyone enjoys it and enjoys my blog!

Hey Deborah!!! How’s it going?! Dropping a line to say THANK YOU!!! SO MUCH for this blog party you host every week! I LOVE coming here and sharing, then hearing from you later in the week I really appreciate having a place to post my FMS writings, not many link parties are geared toward ‘health and welfare’ where my posts would be able to reach a relevant audience. Speaking of that, the contributors here every week are just as AWESOME! The information and writings here definitely carry weight and value! Nice to find articles that aren’t so ‘mommy’ oriented (Not That There’s Anything Wrong With That! 😉 ) Thanks again Deborah, and have a truly wonderful day! :)

My biggest challenge is staying on track with cleaner eating by making better choices for my health.I am eating more fruits, nuts, seeds and raw vegetables for snacks. For some reason exercising comes easy to me because I crave it and miss
it if my busy schedule gets int the way so that’s not part of my problem right now.For 2016 I have promised myself to keep checking food labels to make sure I am eating healthier and to choose foods that promise more vitamins, fibres ,iron etc and less sugar and salt content. Thanks so much for the great giveaway!! :)

Judy Nieman March 14, 2016 at 7:25 pm

I plan to start a garden and share the produce with my friends and neighbors as well as myself. I plan to eat more natural foods and less processed or packaged foods. I plan to make my own applesauce and can it.

Reply

Janice Cooper March 27, 2016 at 10:28 pm

I would love to start a vegetable garden. My mom and grandmother always do a nice vegetable garden and you can’t beat fresh vegetables! The veggies always taste so good!

Reply

Tamra H March 31, 2016 at 12:03 pm

2016 goals include expanding our garden and trying to eat as many locally-sourced veggie packed meals as possible!
