Hi Jennifer,
This plant-based weight loss plan is just what I have been thinking about doing as my “new year, new you” personal challenge. I especially love your oil-free dressing because despite the fact that healthy, cold-pressed, organic oils are good for us, I do believe that they may be causing me to gain a few pounds despite my healthy, plant-based regimen. This is basically the way I eat normally, but I love reading new plant-based diets and trying new recipes. Thank you so much for sharing this fabulous weight loss plan on the Healthy, Happy, Green and Natural Party Blog Hop!
Happy New Year to you and thanks for hosting!!!
This week I’m sharing How to dry your own MINT and make TEA! 🙂
