With diseases such as diabetes, cancer & kidney disease prevalent in my family (from both sides), I’ve started changing my diet (staying away from the pastas and processed foods) and I haven’t regretted it since. The only thing left on my to-do list is to get a vegetable spiral slicer.

I’ve had my eye on this particular slicer for some time & I can see myself putting this to good use; not only for me but I could use it to help my family to eat & enjoy more veggies in their diets. So, I thank you for having this giveaway. :)

I have lost over 120 lbs in the past two years because I decided to make some healthy lifestyle changes. I would like to inspire others to be healthy by promoting a raw vegan lifestyle. With this slicer I will be able to create many raw dishes that everyone will find appealing. I plan to blog about it, and share my ideas and recipes with people. This tool will help people want to eat raw more often, especially because it makes food so fun and easy`

I rarely eat pasta and usually replace it with zucchini sliced with a mandolin. I’d like to have one of these to replace the mandolin, because it scares me (I sliced my finger and had to get stitches). I’m sure I’d experiment with other veggies.
