Sometimes life can seem like a roller coaster.

Whether it’s sickness, fatigue, or simply an arduous day on the job, it can be difficult to keep

your cool day in and day out.

So we often self-medicate – in a variety of ways – to break through all the chaos.

Because let’s face it, life isn’t easy.

But what if there was a healthy, natural solution that addresses all the debilitating problems we

must face on a daily basis?

For everything from anxiety to insomnia to the flu and common cold, essential oils offer therapeutic

benefits that can supplement, or sometimes altogether replace, traditional medicinal applications

(take note: always consult your physician before making any serious decisions on your health).

Without a doubt, traditional medicinal treatments have their place.

But what if you could use 100% natural applications to improve both your health and overall quality of life.

“For everything from anxiety to insomnia

to the flu and common cold, essential oils

offer therapeutic benefits that can

supplement, or sometimes replace,

traditional medicinal applications.”

Working as an impactful natural remedy, there are dozens of essential oils available that can assist

in mitigating a multitude of health issues.

In fact, there are a number of studies out there that address the efficacy of countless aromatherapy

applications – particularly relating to anxiety.

Oils like lavender, for example, are excellent for promoting relaxation.

I personally rely on lavender to help me sleep better.

I apply it to the soles of my feet and to my pillowcase each night.

It has worked well for me.

In fact, some people use oils like lavender and frankincense as “natural antidepressants.”

Sometimes considered the “gateway oil,” lavender has a wide spectrum of applications (some you

will see below).

And there is nothing I enjoy better than an aromatherapy massage incorporating calming

essential oils.

I also diffuse essential oils in my home to freshen the air instead of using harmful commercial

aerosol sprays.

You may have seen bottles of these precious oils at your local health foods store.

Maybe they’ve intrigued you, but their countless uses have seemed far too overwhelming.

“Once you understand some

of the basics of essential oils,

you’ll find yourself

incorporating them

into your everyday life.”

Essential oils as a whole can be quite versatile in their applications.

And due to this fact, finding which oil to use for which application may seem like a daunting task.

That being said, once you understand some of the basics of essential oils, you’ll find yourself

incorporating them into your everyday life.

You could call it, a healthy addiction.

Refer to the infographic below as a guide to using these all natural solutions both safely

and effectively.

Great post and informative infographic! I love essential oils and the benefits they provide. Lavender is a favorite of mine in beauty products. And as a refreshener in the wardrob. We often use sandalwood aromatically in the livingroom and citrus in the guest toilet. My next mission is to try to make my own parfume using essential oils but I haven´t found any recipe yet. Pinned your post to share the advices!
